二、TR-FRET染料:
時間分辨-熒光共振能量轉移(TR-FRET)利用稀土元素中鑭系元素的獨特性質。在TR-FRET中常用的鑭系元素是釤(Sm)、銪(Eu)、鋱(Tb)、鏑(Dy)。與傳統熒光基團相比,他們具有大的斯托克位移,和非常長的發射半衰期(從微妙到毫秒),這使它們在生物學熒光應用領域中日益重要。
